Gregory Electric Company, Inc. is accepting applications for a Team Clerk in Columbia, SC.

Team Clerks are responsible for a variety of daily office tasks such as:

  • Answering phones
  • Receiving mail/deliveries
  • Scanning records, filing, coping and maintaining job files
  • New hire paperwork
  • Data input from time sheets and production records into payroll and maintaining payroll for employees within their assigned department
  • Compiling and preparing invoices for clients
  • Issuing Purchase Orders
  • Assisting with departmental accounting and statements
  • Managing deadlines and other duties that may be assigned by a Project Manager.

Salary is based on knowledge and experience.
